Katie the Cow is a gorgeous Highland cow and is one of Shepton Mallet's true celebrities. Her mum died 6 years ago leavng her in the field by herself ever since. 

The locals have felt so sorry for her they have given her many names: Angus, Moira, Simon and Hilary are just a few.

Now, 6 years later, we have manged to get in touch with the owner who has agreed to allow us to raise the funds to buy her a new friend. 

This friend will be a forever friend and will live with her in her field. 

To do this, we have come up with a competition not too disimilar to the 90's bookies favorite, 'Spot the Ball' but we  are calling it 'Splat The Pat'

Here's how it will work.....

Using 'What-3-Words', we have divided her field into 1200 squares

You will buy a square (or mulitple squares) in which you think she will deposit her next PAT into.

The winner with the correct square will win £100 pounds + coffee and cake for upto 4 people from the coffee shop and the chance to give the newbie a name!
