In a whole hogget, you would typically get the following:
-2 x Leg Roast
-2 xShoulder Roast
-Breast of Hogget
-1 x Whole Rack
-1 lot of Chops
-spare ribs
-1 portion of diced
-1 portion of minced
-scrag end
-1 pack of Hogget Sausages or Burgers
 
Half Hogget will usually consist of half of the above minus the scrag and sausages/burgers
