Here is were everything we do comes together.
I have always had a desire cook; even the beginnings of my working life (at 16) revolved around the food industry; whether that be cooking the food or serving it - I spent nearly 7 years immersed in food yet, it wasn't until my late twenties that I really started playing with flavours and developing my own way of cooking.
I am no Michelin Starred Chef but, every now and then, I come up with something new (or new to me, I'm sure someone out there did it first!) which delights my taste buds.
Growing my own food and rearing my own meat gives me the freshest of flavours which are just unbeatable.
Here we will share with you tried and tested recipes for you to try at home...
